At Cupid (mycupid.love), every product is carefully crafted and packed with love. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, weβre here to help.
π ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.
To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

Clear photo/video proof must be provided
π₯ UNBOXING RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video while opening your package.
This may be required as supporting proof in case of damage claims. Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process your request.
π REPLACEMENTS

We offer replacement only for eligible damaged or defective items

Once your request is verified, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost

Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability
π REVERSE PICKUP

For approved return requests, Cupid will arrange a reverse pickup

In certain cases where pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product (costs will be reimbursed if applicable)

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion

If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI within 5β7 business days
β NON-RETURNABLE CASES
We do not accept returns or replacements for:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to the handcrafted nature of our products)

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Damages caused due to misuse or improper handling
