3. 💳 PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Razorpay-secured gateways.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. 📦 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order is shipped, Cupid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. 🔁 RETURNS & DAMAGES

We take utmost care in packaging every order with love. However:

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@mycupid.love with clear photo/video proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

  • We do not accept returns for used products or for reasons of personal preference.

6. ❌ CANCELLATIONS

  • All orders are final.

  • We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Many of our offerings (such as candles and décor items) require mindful usage.

  • Customers are advised to follow all care instructions provided with the product.
